the process

First, you will receive an intake form for you and your partner to fill out online and submit to us. After reviewing your intake form, we will contact you to schedule your mediation for an initial two hour session. Ms. Mroczek will meet via video chat with each party prior to the day of mediation to better understand each party’s position.

The cost

The initial two hour session costs $200.00 and is paid prior to scheduling your mediation. (We can invoice you both if you are sharing the fee.) If additional time is available and necessary on mediation day, it will be billed at a rate of $100.00 per hour. If a second day of mediation is necessary, it will be scheduled for another two hour session.
